CONDITIONS RENT :
Account of 30% obligatory at the moment of the reservation integrally deduced of the rent’s total amount.
Complete the application form, sign and send it to us accompanied by the account cheque. Then we will retourn you the confirmation of the rent. You will have to present it to the reception the day of your coming.
At your arrival settlement of the complement rent and deposition of 250 € recovarable at departure after the good repair of your rent hiving.
The lodger who doesn’t present himself at the provided date will see his reservation anceled, the account will be definitivly obtained.
Between 21h and 9h in the morning, no inventory of fixtures. If departure during these hours, the deposition will be sent back by letter.
In case of anticipatory departure, any repayment sojurn will be effected.

Breakfast : 5 €
A full set of furniture before departure : 50 €
Sorry, animals aren’t admitted for your confort.
Don’t forget to inform about covering your civil responsibility close to your insurer.
